There's favour in the famine

Good morning! God gives you conflict so you can learn resolution.

Conflict means to come into collision or disagreement. It's merely a fight; to do battle. There is no battle that is too hard for God. It is imperative that you trust God to fight your battles. Remember that its not about what they did to YOU, it's about how YOU respond to it!

There are some of us that turn away from conflict and some that turn to conflict.
Don't always view conflict as a bad thing. Conflict is designed to grow and stretch you. I challenge you to find the lesson in the conflict. Is it presented to grow your faith, build your trust, extend your view on grace, challenge your integrity or give you a new way to love others?

Conflict will definitely shape your character if you embrace, learn from and resolve the conflict as it is presented. To resolve the conflict means to come into agreement, develop a course of action or make peace with the issue or person in conflict.

Here are a few tips to Resolve conflict:
1) Quickly - Matthew 5:23-25
2) Face to Fave - Matthew 18:15
3) One on One - Matthew 18:15
4) Get help - Matthew 18: 16-17

James 4:7-10 so eloquently gives more specific directions to handle conflict. Notice verse 10, "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up." Here is the promise of FAVOR.

Learn to quickly resolve conflict while God Positions you to receive FAVOR.
